ADVANCEMENT: requirements

There are a lot of
advancement changes this year, so wanted to make sure everyone saw
them. One thing to note is that the BSA has brought back 4 MBs from the
archives just for this year: Carpentry, Pathfinding, Signaling, and
Tracking. There are special badges for these, but they do count just
like other MBs. Help Wanted: Adult Volunteers needed in many areas
